LINE PRODUCER / PRODUCTION MANAGER

What You’ll Do
As a Line Producer/Production Manager at Huffman Creative, you will work in the office with our team and in the field on various video and photo projects. You’ll do everything from crafting bids, locking crew, location searching, running sets, and wrapping projects. The goal is for you to aid our quickly growing company, wearing multiple hats during various phases of the complete production process, and, in turn, grow your position as we expand.
Some Specific Duties
Break down and review client briefs for feasibility and scope
Develop bids and production plans for commercials, music videos, and photoshoots
Research and hold locations, key crew, and essential vendors for potential projects
Support all phases of production; from development, pre-production, physical production, and post
Manage multiple projects at one time and communicate details proactively
Facilitate all communication, meetings, and status updates for various projects
Manage internal teams to help produce projects and facilitate wrap
Supervise crew and vendors, including crew sourcing, on-boarding, and payroll management
Draft call sheets, production reports, and various documents for projects
Possible travel to other cities including Miami, New York, and Atlanta to produce and oversee productions
Experience in producing and production management for short-form content for jobs both big and small
Extensive experience breaking down scripts and creative treatments to build budgets in either Hot Budget, Showbiz, Movie Magic, or similar
Experience leading productions both remotely and in the field
Knowledge of union and non-union rules and rates
Understanding of payroll processes (CAPS, Wrapbook, etc.) and labor laws
Highly developed communication skills with high-level talent
Verbal and written communication confidence to lead client facing conversations
Proficient project management skills to effectively supervise multiple projects simultaneously
An unshakeable desire to keep things organized and streamlined
Interest in various forms of media
The ability to clearly articulate your ideas, both verbally and in written form
Desire to grow in the long-form media space focusing on documentaries, series, and films
Understanding of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Where You’ve Been
3-5 years as a video producer, production manager, or agency producer with production experience
Base salary of 70-85k paired with a profit-sharing bonus
